A client came to us with a very non-standard request – to gather people for an offline event in Malaysia, namely in the capital, Kuala Lumpur. It turned out to be a scientific conference in the field of modern medicine for the study of stem cells. Wooooow… Okay! So:

Progress of work

We started analyzing the target audience and started preparing creatives. Since there is a CC on the client side, we collected it on a lead form, linking it to a Google Sheet so that the data is automatically uploaded. Launched!

In 2.5 weeks, we collected 91 leadswith a price of $6. Oh, it’s time to include an anti-crisis targetologist in the work.

We formed several adsets and every night at exactly midnight the budget increased, and with it the volumes. As a result, the new campaign for 10 days of work (1 day the cabinet was unpaid) brought 251 leads for less than $3.

In the process of raising the budget, the cost per lead also grew, so we decided to collect people who interacted with the lead form, just as the pixel collected enough data. We also collected active visitors on Facebook and Instagram profiles.

 

And, with a small budget, because the audience is small, we launched it.
