Project description

In order for 150 people to reach the air on December 17, we took the minimum conversion rate from a registered visitor – 10%. From this, the bar was set at 1500 registrations. We had 6 days to achieve our goals.

What did the hamsters decide? “Fuck the tests, we need to bomb, we don’t have much time.”

 

On December 11, work began with two accounts (and how else, without a test and in 6 days and get into KPI, the only way …), and immediately ran into the problem of unapproved advertising posts. On one ad display went, but the second did not even start. We wrote in a chat with Facebook support (and you know how they answer, if not, you’re in luck)), 2 days of active correspondence and a tick “I undertake to abide by the rules” work wonders.

The issue was resolved and the ad was skipped, but a lost day can be costly. On the second day, the work was already in full swing. #hamster_targetologist is happy, turns the valves at night, scaling campaigns. For the first 3 days, 532 applications were collected at a very “tasty” price.

Everything goes according to plan… and on the third day, all creatives on two accounts fly off at the same time….. Pain…. Disappointment… 3 days before the deadline, KPI has not changed, 150 users on the web.

 

And again, seven circles of “support hell” – contacting support, sending a question to moderators, waiting … waiting … WAITING … Time seemed to drag on for a long and tedious time. We were allocated 2 more advertising cabinets, but they did not work out for the same reason of unapproved ads. And now the moment X has come, advertising campaigns are turned on and leads are falling again, but now from 4 accounts at once.

 

The control and scaling of advertising campaigns for the remaining couple of days allowed us to collect another 704 applications. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to get to the delivered 1500, but in 5 days of work we made 1246 applications, and this is 249 applications per day, and if it weren’t for these FB innovations, we would have bombed like 1000 rabid hamsters who flew into the cheese (I am writing, I am dreaming about food)

 

Do you think that we did not reach the KPI and this case about how the hamsters failed? Well, no, we would tear our hair out, but we achieved the desired indicator.

 

So let’s take a look at our numbers:

As a result, $1768 was spent, 1236 applications were collected with an average price of $1.43 for 6 incomplete days with a short pause. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach the mark of 1500 registrations, BUT had 286 viewers at the webinar! And this means that the conversion from traffic is 23% III, the goal, dammit, is fulfilled. 150 people were waiting, and here you are 286 people.

 

Yes, yes, yes, we also thought that these were just registrations for the webinar, but there were much fewer registrations on the web, as it turned out, there were more registrations, and 250-286 people sat on the web, see the client’s review.
