Task

Reduce the cost of sending expensive notifications, automate the process of warming up new and regular customers, and increase the recognition of the taxi service.

Problem

Every month, Shark Taxi spends about $18 500 notifying its huge customer base with SMS notifications about discounts, special offers and news. A pretty big sum comes out a year, which obviously does not please the owner.

About the project

When work began on the creation of a funnel for Shark Taxi, we could not even imagine that the results would be so cool, but the sharp shark teeth and our sensitive hamster scent did the trick.

What we did

The main highlight of the entire funnel is the enticing lead magnet. As a lead magnet to attract the target audience into the funnel, we chose the “Real Cossack” test, where a person was asked to test their knowledge of their hometown. At the end of the test, a nice bonus was waiting for the lucky one, but to get it you need to follow the conditions, and you could find out the results when you go to the messenger.

The client no longer spends money on expensive SMS notifications, but simultaneously and free of charge notifies all his clients about important news. The popularity of the telegram channel is also growing. We launched it together with the funnel for greater audience involvement.
